I'm unable to run Moto GP3 game (UK distributor is 'Focus') on my XP
Athlon1800 computer. Although I'm able to install this game onto my computer;
When I click on Moto GP3 desktop icon to run, it comes up with error message
about MFC application has encountered a problem etc.

I’m able to run Moto GP 2 demo that I have downloaded from Yahoo, but Moto
GP3 demo from Yahoo gives the same MFC application error message. All other
games installed on my computer will load up and run OK, such as Lock On,
Grand Prix 4, Need for Speed Underground 2, Colin McRae Rally 4. But with
MOTO GP3 just wont run and keeps giving MFC Application error.

I’m sure you will be able to shed some light on this. Focus company who
distribute Moto GP3 in UK did try to help me but were unsuccessful, and told
me that I needed new graphic card ;) When I use same Moto GP3 CD on my
friends old 2002 XP AthlonXP2000 computer and all the other XP and Vista
computers that I have tried the game runs OK.

I was wondering if there is any clash between the computer program written
for Moto GP3 and computer programs that I have installed on my computer,
such as: Microsoft C++ 2005 Express Edition, Microsoft Visual C# 2005 express
edition, Microsoft XNA game studio, and Microsoft DirectX SDK Feb 2006
version. .

The question is there any XP OS dll or other DX9C file missing from my
computer or some program line is clashing with Moto GP3 program on my
computer. Is there any program that I should use on my computer to check if
all XP OS program files are working OK on my computer.

Kind regards

Make sure that you don't have DirectX running in debug mode.
Other than that, I have no idea. You should be fine. Did you check any
forums?
