Resources for Advanced Debugging Techniques

Hi everyone,
I am looking for some resources (preferably on the web, but possibly also a
recommended book) to address advanced debugging techniques for C++, in
particular, whats new in Visual Studio 2005 and 2008.
Can you point me in the right direction?
